At Velvet by Graham & Spencer, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not entirely happy with your order, we accept returns of unworn, unwashed, and unaltered merchandise within 30 days of the original ship date.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Prepare Your Package

  Carefully pack your items in the original shipping box or a secure mailer, ensuring all original tags are still attached to the garments.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Download and print the prepaid UPS return shipping label from the portal, affix it to your package, and drop it off at any authorized UPS location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, a refund will be issued to your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
